Thank you for your interest in membership with Brookwood Hills Community Club (BWHCC). Membership benefits include pool, swim team, tennis and pickleball courts, ALTA teams, social events, park and playground access, security, NPU representation, and so much more!
Resident homeowners: Any homeowner within the resident boundaries of Brookwood Hills (BWH), as marked by the pillars at the three neighborhood entrances, may apply to join the Club at any time.
Resident rental tenants: An individual or family who rents a home within the resident boundaries of BWH may apply to join the Club as non-residents. If the owner of the rental property (e.g., the landlord) is an active BWHCC member, the rental tenant's application will be considered at the time of submittal. Otherwise, it will be considered along with the other non-resident applications as part of the annual process in early Spring.
Non-residents: The Club also has a limited number of non-resident memberships, and availability is evaluated on an annual basis in early Spring. Non-resident potential members must complete an application and pay a fee of $250 to hold a position on the waitlist. Applicants on our waitlist are offered the opportunity to join in the order they were added to the list, until all open non-resident positions have been filled.
Read below for details on the process, fees, links to join, and FAQ.
Note: The initiation fees and dues are set by the BWHCC Board of Directors and may be raised or lowered, as they deem appropriate, to meet the needs of the Club.
Non-resident memberships are available for families living outside of the BWH neighborhood footprint, as well as for BWH resident rental tenants. They are offered based on availability in accordance with Club Bylaws.
Non-residents requesting membership are placed on a waitlist, ordered according to application submission date, and typically are notified of potential membership status in the Spring.

How does the application process work for new in-neighborhood resident applicants?
If you are a new resident in the Brookwood Hills (BWH) neighborhood, please send an email to membership@brookwoodhills.com. Our Membership Chair will be pleased to review the membership options with you and assist in connecting you with members for recommendations, if helpful. As soon as you are ready to proceed, please
How does the Applicant Pool work for non-resident applicants?
Based on availability, and in accordance with Club Bylaws, there are non-resident BWHCC memberships available for families living nearby and those renting a home within the BWH neighborhood.
How do I join the wait list to be considered for future non-resident membership, when available?
Complete the Prospective Member Application form - this places you on the waitlist. Each year (approximately February - May) the BWHCC Board evaluates membership levels and determines how many spaces are available for new non-resident applicants. Waitlist applications are considered only once complete with both required recommendations, and they are evaluated in order of the application submission date.
If an Applicant Pool applicant declines the invitation to join but wishes to have the application reconsidered at a later date, then the applicant must notify the Membership Chair. This does not guarantee membership in upcoming years.
When are invitations generally extended and how many non-resident members are typically accepted each year?
Invitations are generally extended in early Spring. New non-resident members are extended offers of membership as existing non-resident members resign, so we are unable to estimate the number of available C memberships in any given year.
Can a non-member join the BWHCC Swim Team?
Per the Club Bylaws, swim team members must be active Club members.
How much are my dues?
Dues and initiation fees are based on your requested membership category. Please refer to Membership levels section above. Current members can check in the "Members Area" of the site upon login.
Where do I check on my membership payment status or amount due?
Please log in to your account. Click on "Members Area" in the navigation bar. Scroll down to "My Membership Info"; click on "Billing Info". Your "Membership Status Billing" statement can be viewed here.
I have accepted the membership rules but cannot find the link to pay my bill. Here is the renewal link to pay invoices online. Note there is a percentage service charge for credit card and ACH payments. Alternatively, you can mail a check made out to the Brookwood Hills Community Club based on details provided on the invoice.
What is the annual dues process?
Dues totals are noted in the membership fees section. Annual renewal notices are sent on February 1 and payments are due on March 1. After March 1, a $100 late fee is assessed. After April 1, unpaid memberships are canceled (with access revoked) and a $250 reinstatement fee is applied when delinquent dues are paid.
Additional Provisions:
Any member who resigns or is terminated under any of the provisions of the BWHCC Bylaws and subsequently reapplies for membership, upon approval of the re-application, will be required to pay all fees and dues as outlined without regard to any fees or dues paid in the past.
The initiation fees and dues are set by the BWHCC Board of Directors and may be raised or lowered, as they deem appropriate, to meet the needs of the Club.
